Each site has its own charm & attributes & the varied locations & conditions make each farm site unique.

Guernsey Oysters has 3 mobile oyster bars that are used for all public facing events.
HMS Oyster, Champagne Doris & T/T HMS share widespread fame and a loyal following that attend all our events throughout the summer!

We adhere to a strict testing regime to make sure that all the oysters supplied to our customers for consumption are the highest quality. Our Purification and Dispatch Centre has been awarded the highest rating by the Guernsey Environmental Health Department.
